Energize your exercise routine by working with a small group of like-minded people. This is a new, affordable option for an excellent workout with professional and personal attention.
Certified personal trainer Susan Neumann will help you and up to seven other students reach your own individual fitness goals and everyone in the group will help motivate one another. It’s a great way to have fun while getting fit.
