You already know how to swim, but do you know how to increase your endurance or use it to your advantage?  Swim with a certified aquatic instructor who will keep you on task.

By incorporating drills into your swim workout, you will improve your strength, endurance and swim technique – giving you the ultimate total body workout.  This program is perfect for a triathlete in training.
