About the Course:
Children will be introduced to the world of yoga with music, games, and teamwork. They will breathe like a lion, walk like a bear, and stretch like a cat – all in a fun and welcoming environment. Children will benefit from increased strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Using yoga postures to build inner/outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class. We create emotional balance by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses, and deep relaxation.
