- 7:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Recreation Center Pool (4 lanes)
- 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Barlow Mountain Pool (4 lanes, 115 Barlow Mountain Road)
- 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm at the Recreation Center Pool (4 lanes)
