Lifeguard Review Blended Learning Course - Pool & Waterfront

(ages 16+)

About the Course:

Current lifeguards will review competency of all skills. Blending learning style is a combination of both in-person and online learning which accommodates individual learning styles and allows participants to learn at their own pace. Students have access to the online content for the period of certification and may log on as needed to reference content or refresh their knowledge. This type of format allows instructors to focus on skill practice and assessment during all sessions, rather than lecture.

Students must bring a pocket mask, paper, pencil, and current certification cards (waterfront lifeguard & first aid card and CPR/AED or professional rescuer card).

After clicking Register Online, look under Aquatics.

Requirements:

Lifeguard certification must be current or expire no more than 30 days from expiration date in order to take review course. Participants must pass a pre-course swimming skills test prior to taking the course. To receive recertification, students must attend all in-person skills sessions, complete all the online coursework, and pass the written and skills tests.
