In regards to memberships/programs, we will be taking the following steps:
- For members who paid their membership in full, we will be extending your membership for the length of time that we are closed.
- For members on monthly autopay, we will not be billing anyone while we remain closed.
- For people who were enrolled in a class, we will prorate classes and issue a refund for the classes missed.
As we get closer to reopening, all accounts will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly with respect to credits/charges. Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
