About the Course:
Enjoy outdoor exercise bright and early in the summer. This small group training with boot camp style will consist of cardio (jumping, running, and obstacle courses) and strength (push- ups, squats, burpees, etc.) intervals. Certified Personal Trainer Amy Doucet will help you and up to five other students reach your own individual fitness goals while you help motivate one another.
