About the Course:
Receive personal attention in a small group format with Amy Doucet, a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Level One Precision Nutrition Coach. She will help you train and develop your muscles to make it safer and easier to perform daily activities. This program will improve your balance, core stability, and muscular strength with functional exercises that incorporate multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Functional fitness training is suitable for all levels. Additionally, an optional nutritional system is included in order to help improve your results. With Amy’s guidance, you will be more mindful of your eating habits and stay accountable.
