About the Course:

This exciting, new class offers a sampling of agility, cardio, and strength training activities. Led by Certified Personal Trainer Jeff Hodge, this program incorporates a combination of strength exercises that will provide you with a fun, safe, and effective workout. This is a moderate level strength-training program. Youth Functional Sports Conditioning works all major muscle groups and improves balance and overall fitness.



Jeff Hodge:  He has over 20 years experience in the health industry with a degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Utah.  He has the following certifications: Personal Trainer
with NASM, Functional Strength Coach, and Fitness Nutritional Specialist.
