About the Course:

This exciting, new class offers a sampling of agility, cardio, and strength training activities. Led by Certified Personal Trainer Jeff Hodge, this program incorporates a combination of strength exercises that will provide you with a fun, safe, and effective workout. This is a moderate level strength-training program. Youth Functional Sports Conditioning works all major muscle groups and improves balance and overall fitness.

Also! Summer Teen Fitness Conditioning (ages 14-18)

This class is for high school students who want to stay fit and active over the summer.  It's filled with functional movements and techniques to improve speed, power, agility, and mobility.  Led by Certified Personal Trainer Jeff Hodge, this program is great training for any sport or just for improving health and fitness. 

Instructor:

Jeff Hodge:  He has over 20 years experience in the health industry with a degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Utah.  He has the following certifications: Personal Trainer
with NASM, Functional Strength Coach, and Fitness Nutritional Specialist.
