Summer Employment Opportunities:

Camp Counselors (ages 16+)

Take initiative! Assist Head Counselor in planning activities, leading the group and organizational duties. Complete the Town of Ridgefield application and email it to campcoor@ridgefieldct.gov.

Martin Park Beach Gate Attendants (ages 16+)

Check memberships and handle drop-in fees (cashless only). Complete the Town of Ridgefield application and email it to recaquatic@ridgefieldct.gov.

Part-Time Water Safety Instructors (ages 16+)

Teach swim lessons at our indoor swimming pool. Email your completed Town of Ridgefield application to recaquatic@ridgefieldct.gov. If you are not yet certified, sign-up for our Water Safety Instructor Course.

Part-Time Lifeguards and Lifeguard Substitutes (ages 15+)

Immediate openings for part-time lifeguards available at our two indoor swimming pools. Email your completed Town of Ridgefield application to recaquatic@ridgefieldct.gov. If you are not yet certified, sign-up for our Lifeguard Training Course.

Full-Time Aquatic Coordinator

Part-Time Female Custodian for Ladies Locker Rooms (age 18+)

We have an immediate opening for a part-time female custodian to assist the indoor building maintenance team with housekeeping and general maintenance of the women's locker rooms and bathrooms inside the Ridgefield Recreation Center. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm and Friday 1pm-4:30pm (19.5 hours a week). UPSEU Union position, Level 1. Apply here.
