Steps to Log In:

We ask that you log into your account now to find out your exact expiration date so that you get the member rate when you register for programs.

Steps to logging into your online account:

  1. Go to: www.cogran.io/index.html?ridgefield
  2. Go to top right corner, My Account/Sign In
  3. Go to Sign In and use the primary member's email
  4. Type in your password or you may click Forgot or Reset Your Password
  5. Once you’re logged in, click on the “hamburger” icon in the upper right-hand corner
  6. Go to the 8th drop down called View My Account Profile
  7. Go to the Primary Contact and click Display Account Info
  8. You will be able to see your membership expiration date.

Steps to Add or Update Your Credit Card on File:

  1. Go to: www.cogran.io/index.html?ridgefield
  2. Go to top right corner, My Account/Sign In
  3. Go to Sign In and use the primary member's email
  4. Once you’re logged in, click on the “hamburger” icon in the upper right-hand corner
  5. View my Account Profile
  6. Display Account Info
  7. Scroll down to: Stripe Customer Link to Subscriptions/Credit Card
  8. Click on that link and add information
