Fresh Start/Small Group Personal Training (Beginner)

(ages 16+)

About the Course:

Make a fresh start with our class for people who are new to exercising, recovering from an injury or returning after a long time off.

We will work on increasing stability by strengthening the core, doing balance exercises and light resistance training using a variety of equipment including free weights, bars, bands, steps and bosus.
