About the Class:

Our certified yoga instructors teach a combination of three yoga practices:

  • Kundalini: Breath & spacial awareness;
  • Hatha: Postures supporting flexibility & strength;
  • Astanga: Utilizing full body strength & support.

New! Mindful Monday YOGA (10:45-11:45 am): Start your week with gentle movement and deep breathing.  This slow, grounding YOGA class helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. All levels are welcome.  Come as you are and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
